NATURAL PHENOMENA 

The definition of  a natural phenomenon is simple, it is not an engineered event manufactured by humans, although it may affect them. Common examples of natural phenomena include sunrise, the weather, decomposition, free fall and erosion.

Mother Nature continues to be a fascinating mystery. Some examples of the most amazing natural phenomena are: 

Northern Lights, Iceland

It is an optical phenomenon which manifests itself in the atmosphere with bright spots, the most common colors are: red, green or blue. The scientists say it is caused by the interaction of charged particles (protons and electrons) from the sun with the  ionosphere of the Earth.

Sort sol, Denmark

During the months of March and April, in  Denmark, you can experience the “sort sol”,  Sort sol is the event when up to one million birds flock to the skies during sunset and the sun is actually blocked by the birds, it is kown  black sun.

Lightning storm

The bright bolts are triggered when the electrical activity is particularly abundant during a storm. 

Moonbow, Zimbabwe

This rare atmospheric phenomenon is not a rainbow, but rather a moonbow, as it is caused by the reflection of moonlight instead of sunlight. The best seasons to experience a moonbow are during autumn and spring. 

It is important know what is the difference between phenomena and disasters Phenomena are natural, but the disasters are produced by human action in his environment. 

Some natural phenomenas such as: volcanic eruptions, tornadoes, earthquackes and tsunamis are considered dangerous and might lead to death on large scale.

In conclusion nature is a mystery. It always gives us new things to know and everything is thanks to the law of cause and effect. Many times it offers us events that cannot be explained but other times the hand of man is the cause of these phenomena that we can see around us. It is important to take precaution and take care of our nature to continue enjoying the mysterious events that take place in different places around us.
